What tests should be done for the protective film?

The parametric viscosity of the protective film refers to the amount and quality of the glue applied. 1). Mechanical property testing:

1.Peel strength: It is used to peel off the PE plastic mask of the protective film from the silicone-coated release test.

2.Sticking strength: It is used to detect the initial adhesive performance and lasting adhesive performance of the protective film, to prevent it from falling off after a period of use.

3. Elongation: It is used to detect the elongation and toughness of the protective film. Good toughness has good elasticity and elongation, and strong impact resistance; poor toughness, brittleness, and easy to tear, poor impact resistance.

2). Environmental tolerance test:

1. Aging resistance test: 300W ultraviolet rays are irradiated under 50 conditions for 240 hours, without cracking, deformation, and no residual glue on the surface.

2. Moisture resistance test: 1 hour of light + 1 hour of rain and 240 hours of rain will not fall off, there is no residual glue on the surface after peeling.
