So there should be an ultra-wide rack or an ultra-high rack to meet the needs of different customers.
2, Universal testing machine Model selection: First determine the required testing of the most vigorous value, the maximum value of 5KN or less, the general selection of single-column universal testing machine. More than 5KN to 50KN general choice of double-column desktop electronic universal material testing machine. Above 50KN is the choice of floor-standing universal testing machine.
The racks should be designed with ergonomics in order to ensure safety, reduce operator fatigue and provide flexibility.
3, the choice of strain measurement: Any mechanical system will deform after force, no matter how slight. The same applies to material test systems. Your system's racks, load cells, and fixtures are not infinitely rigid and will be slightly deformed when applied to the specimen. This deformation is called the softness and can cause serious errors in the test results, especially in high load tests with small stroke requirements. So all racks must include very sturdy beam rails in design, providing beam stiffness, high stiffness load sensors and fixtures to maximize the accuracy of the test results. An extensometer can be used to completely avoid system flexibility errors when a very precise measurement of specimen deformation is required
