Aimed at the safe and sound childhood of babies and happiness of family, Haida researched and developed Bicycles, Strollers and Toys Testing Machinery Series.
1. Stroller Dynamic Durability Tester
Base on the EN-1888 requirement or specified requirement of our customers, this tester is for testing the performance of stroller wheels on the harmful roadway by checking the shape changes or damages after make repeated impact tests. Speed and cycle quantities can be presented in the PLC interface.
2. Stroller Wheel Abrasion Test Machine
This machine is used to test the abrasion resistant of the stroller wheels. This wheel abrasion conditioning shall be performed after the irregular surface test (EN 1888 clause 8.10.3) , and the machine designed according to EN 1888.
3. Stroller Handle Tester
This tester simulate environment which raised and pressured hand-push pram to over obstacle to test the durability of hand-push pram. Testing method is to fix the baby carriage on the machine and lift the rear wheels of pram 150mm off the ground, and then give pressure to the pram of which rear wheel is 150mm off the ground with the frequency of 15±1 times/min, and continue to reciprocate tests for 3000 times. Check whether the pram is damaged or not. The tester can’t automatically stop operation until reach the setting times. It can be used with no one around.
4. Stroller Test Platform for Crash Test and Side Stability Test
Testing method is to place pram on the sandpaper surface of the testing machine, adjust tilt angle of test bench, and then observe if the pram can slip or not for at least 30 seconds. Tester surface can be replaced.
5.Digital Angle Display 100 Degree Rotary Table Strollers Tester
Designed based on EN 1888 Clause 8.10.2 requirements, which can help manufacturers and testing organizations to test the strength and durability of attachment devices for pram bodies or seat units or car seats.
