1. Product description
PID control hot temperature adhensive tape testing chamber simulates the adhensive tape in hot temperature environment, and the auto-timer records the holding time of adhensive tape with specific load to confirm the effective time of adhension. The timer shall retain the tseting time automatically to assess the durability of adhensive tape in hot temperature enviroment when the tape falling down from the plate.

3. Maintenance of PID control hot temperature adhensive tape testing chamber
3.1, Clean: keep the instrument clean at any time and wipe it by cotton cloth before and after use.
3.2, Anti- rust: spray antirust oil one time on the metal part in the surface of the instrument(wipe it out after spray 2h) .
3.3, Lubrication oil: refuel lubrication oil on the instrument driving components(screw stem) at fixed time(common
lubrication oil is ok).
4. Specimen preparation of Shear Adhesion Tester
After remove 3-5 rounds tape of the outmost lay of a roll of tape sample, unfasten the roll of sample with
300mm/min velocity (uncover isolated layer with same velocity if the specimen is sheet tape). Get the specimenwith width
25mm and length 100mm from central part of the tape in every 200mm distance. Unless otherwise specified, each group has
more than 3 specimens. After unfasten the roll of the sample, it permits less than 3min to put if tensile deformation
is large.
In general, test the specimen at once after get it. Sticky part of the specimen can not be touched by hand and other
things.
