Product Description:

Rubber DIN Abrasion Test Machine is used to test abrasion resistance of elastic material, rubber, tire, conveyor belt, solo, soft synthetic leather and other materials.

Principle

Under specified touched pressure and given area, when the sample and the abrasive paper get an angle, testthe abrasion resistance of the sample on the abrasive paper with certain rank.Wrap the abrasive paper on theroller. The sample adpress on the roller with abrasive paper to make the sample move horizontally along withthe roller. Abrasion is produced on the one end of the cylinder sample. Measure the loss value of thesampleand calculate the abrasion resistance according to sample density.
