Medical Facial Mask Gas Exchange Pressure Difference Testing Machine

1. Products description:

Mask Gas Exchange Pressure Difference Testing Machine is based on the test principle of the standard YY0469-2011 "Technical Requirements for Medical Surgical Masks". The differential pressure sensor is used to achieve the pressure difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure of the mask. The test item is equipped with a special tooling device to achieve the test tightness of the product. It is mainly applicable to the measurement of the gas exchange pressure difference of medical surgical masks / mask woven fabrics. It can also be used to determine the gas exchange pressure difference of other textile materials.

4. Features:

The vacuum pump is used to realize the power source of the test product, which is not limited by the space of the test site.
Equipped with high precision differential pressure sensor, digital display of the differential pressure on both sides of the sample;
The case adopts the form of all-in-one machine with built-in vacuum pump and digital display meter to realize automatic pressure detection and automatic display.
The internal and external pressure measurement of the product is realized by means of tooling and fixture, with built-in differential pressure sensor.
