Machine Inspection From Our Dear Partner

From 21st~25th June, our customer Phadnis had a 5-days-trip on Dongguan and made a full inspection on the laboratory testing machine for plastic materials on our factory. With experience in the inspection laboratory and industry for more than 15 years, Phadnis shared his experiences on the testing industry, also showed very nice and professional attitude on the testing equipment.

For the testing machine he ordered with us, they mainly are used for the physical tests of plastic raw materials and plastic sheet:

HD-B604-S Universal Testing Machine
With customized tensile clamps, as well as our standard wedge tensile clamps, compression platens and three-point bending clamps, we showed various of tests on the samples brought by Phadnis.

HD-R807 Flammability Tester

This tester is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of the burning characteristics of plastic materials, designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of the US UL94 standard, horizontal and vertical flammability test of plastic parts of equipment and appliances, and equipped with a gas flow meter to adjust the flame size. The motor drive method is simple and safe to operate. This instrument can evaluate the flammability of materials or foams such as: V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, HF-1, HF-2, HBF.

What’s more, this is the 3rd time for Phadnis to come to Haida. We highly appreciate the full supports and patient help of our factory during the processes, all colleagues in our factory,  that make Phadnis finish the inspection successfully. Phadnis enjoyed the Indian food in Brother’s Indian, and shared a lot about their dietary culture with us.
