In order to better serve our customers, Haida will give feedback on Cornell test equipment debugging problems, starting from two aspects of hardware and software.
First, the hardware
1.1 The support plastic sleeve is easy to wear, and the grease is lubricated with a large amount of oil. Even if it is added every day, it needs to be lubricated with new butter.
Requirements: need to be replaced with metal belt self-lubricating or long-term lubrication casing.
1.2 When testing a higher bed, it often appears. During the return to the origin, the limit switch has an action, but because the motor has inertia when it stops, sometimes it will overshoot the upper limit switch, causing the device to fail to react.
Requirements: Adjust the protection switch sensitivity.
1.3 The device moves the positioning copper sleeve left and right, and the shaking is obvious during the test.
Requirements: copper casing adjustment.
Second, the software
2.1 The 0-7inch raw record data required by the ASTM F1566 standard is not available, only 3/4 inch
Requirements: Increase ASTM F1566 requirements 0-7inch original record.
2.2 The stroke speed of the push rod is adjustable, the cycle (40-160) ± 10 r / min, currently only 5-105 r / min,
Requirement: Pitch stroke speed increased to 160.
2.3 The bed rebound curve is exported to the U disk. The button does not respond.
Requirements: Modify the software.
2.4 Export to U disk data is a picture screenshot format, can be modified to EXCEL table or chart format, and no history
Requirements: modify the software, you need to be able to query the history or history curve.
