Electric Rubber Testing Machine , Thermostat Tape Retention Tester
Thermostat tape retention testing machine can do static load test for adhesive force of tape. It can count automatically retentive time of the tape when it is under some load to confirm tape adhesive effect. Temperature in the test chamber can be set, so the specimen can be tested under specified temperature, which is useful to know relationship between different temperature and retentive time.
Put the specimen under the hot environment to test adhesive time of the tape.
This machine meets standards of GB/T4851,CNS11888,PSTC7.

1, (counters) : for 5 test groups;

4, (exhaust port ):used to eliminate hot air when test and has cooling effect.
1, (temperature controller):set temperature of the test chamber;
2, (heat):heating control switch in the test chamber;
3, (heat light): the heat light will light when it is heating in the test chamber;
4, (fan switch):turn on the fan with cooling effect;
5, (finished light):the light will light when temperature reaches set temperature;
6, (buzzer):it will make noise when reach set temperature;
7, (power):instrument power main switch;
8, (buzzer switch):turn on the buzzer.
Basic operation instruction:
1,Press “SET” button to enter A menu of “SV” setting method, meanwhile the first position lights in the SV screen and other positions flicker. Press “＜” button to shift light position to set position and then press ∧” ,“∨” to increase or decrease the value until reach needed value. At last, press SET button to finish setting.
2,press SET button 5 seconds to enter B menu of PV to display all parameters prompt, meanwhile SV displays corresponding parameter. If need to set or revise them, set them combining with“＜”,“∨”,“∧” button. After set, press SET 5 seconds to quit. If you do not press any button, system will quit automatically after 30 second and the last parameter setting is invalid.
