The instruction of Sharp Point Tester
The outer package has been totally inspected before shipment. The outer package may be damaged due to the vibration and impact during the transportation process. First of all, inspect the outer package in a good condition carefully after receiving the product, Secondly, to check the product. Please contact the supplier promptly if any defect phenomenon of outer package occurs.

Electronic Sharp Point Tester , Strollers Testing Instrument
Used to judge the sharp tip on the toys or other articles which can be touched by children whether the unreasonable injury danger occurs
The two benchmark size of the rectangular open of the bottom of Sharp tip tester, W: 1.02mm±0.02mm, L: 1.05mm±0.02mm. Sunken the Sensing head into the test cover: 0.38 mm + /-0.02 mm. To place the tester machine on the palpable tip, To inspect the specified depth of the inserted tip. The depth of the inserted tip decide the sharpness of the tip. The tip can be judged as a potential sharp tip if the article can touch the Sensing head into the test cover: 0.38 mm + /-0.02 mm and can overcome 2.5 N (0/0.3) N spring force to move the Sensing head 0.12 mm + /-0.02 mm.
The assembly of the Sharp Tip Tester
a, Twist the screw cap of the indicator lights device counterclockwise
b, Place 1 pound of counterweight in cylinder
c,Put the screw cap of the indicator lights back to the cylinder Clockwise
d,Put 1 pound of counterweight to close the screw cap of the indicator lights, use 3 mm hexagonal spoon to assemble the 1 pound of counterweight and the cylinder together.
The calibration procedure of Tip Tester
a,Clockwise loosen locking ring, make the locking ring as far away test cover as possible
b,Clockwise or anti-clockwise rotate the test cover, the indicator is in the condition of lightening and no- lightening
c,Counter-clockwise the locking ring,Make the locking ring close to the test cover but no integrated, and make the calibration reference marks of the locking ring aim at any a long grid line on the test cover.
d,Ensure that the position of the lock ring fixed (i.e. calibration reference marks fixed) counter-clockwise test cover, make test cover back five space (that is calibration reference marks when counter-clockwise test cover aim at the next long grid line)
e,Ensure the position of test cover fixed relative to the cylinder, counterclockwise rotate the lock ring, make locking ring closely test cover, ensure the position of test cover unchangeable relative to the cylinder in the testing process.
f, Test after the above calibration
