achine Introduction:

This machine uses a cylinder(both ends of the diameter of 250 mm, the middle part of the 300 mm) rolling back and forth on the mattress, simulate human motion to assess the durability of the mattress as per EN 1957 & EN 1725 test standards.

Machine Function:

1. Rolling durability test.

It needs to perform rolling test for 30,000 times with 0-16 cycles/min as per EN 1957.

1. Hardness & height change test.

It needs to use Max load 1000N with 90mm/min to test the firmness as per EN 1957.

1. Edge test.

It used 1000N force to test the fatigue of mattress edge for 5000 cyclic according to EN1725.
